In this action to recover damages under the Child Victim’s Act, the Appellate Division, Second Department, in accordance with Horn Appellate Group’s arguments on appeal, determined that the discovery order requiring the defendant to disclose certain documents in its personnel files did not violate the First Amendment and were germane to the critical issue regarding the defendant’s knowledge of the alleged perpetrator’s propensity to abuse children.
