In this breach of contract action based upon a purchase option agreement, the Appellate Division, Second Department, in accordance with Horn Appellate Group’s arguments on appeal, held that our client’s right to a preliminary injunction was established, thereby enjoining the defendant, inter alia, from transferring/encumbering its interest in the subject entity and from taking any distributions therefrom.
