The Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, in accordance with M&H’s arguments on appeal, vacated the post-trial order granting Defendant’s motion to set aside the jury verdict, finding that a witness’s references to her own motor vehicle insurance coverage during her testimony did not require setting aside the jury verdict.
