In this proceeding pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Law, the Third Department, in accordance with the arguments made on appeal, determined that the Workers’ Compensation Board had not erred in finding insufficient proof of a Workers’ Compensation Law § 114-a violation, as asserted by the appealing insurance carrier.
